Matt Russell, the Chairman of the Board and visionary founder of ProCents, brings his extensive experience in energy savings and technology to the forefront. With a keen eye for identifying market gaps, Matt is wholeheartedly committed to addressing these needs. His unwavering passion for facilitating connections and fostering growth in buyer-seller relationships gave birth to ProCents.
Based in Cumming, GA, Matt is a distinguished professional holding two MBAs in International Business and Human Resources from the Keller Graduate School of Management, as well as a BA in Sales & Marketing from DeVry University.
Matt's credentials include being a Certified Energy Auditor (CEA), a Certified Lighting Consultant (CLC), and a Lighting Certified (LC).
Beyond his role at ProCents, Matt actively collaborates with various Electrical & Lighting organizations to shape the industry's future. He also dedicates his time to volunteer work at his local church. Matt's diverse interests encompass football, golf, sports car racing, and globe-trotting adventures.

Flemming Jensen is the Senior Vice President of Strategic Business at Espen Technology, where he oversees all sales and marketing efforts. Under his leadership, Espen Technology has solidified its position as a U.S. market leader in linear LED products and continues to innovate with cutting-edge solutions.
With decades of experience in the lighting industry, including roles at Sylvania, Philips, SLI Lighting, and Havells USA, Flemming brings a wealth of expertise in account development, distribution networks, and OEM channels.
Originally from Copenhagen, Denmark, Flemming now resides in Southern California but enjoys returning to his roots in Denmark with his wife whenever possible.
Brianna Jackson
Brianna Jackson is a retired Navy officer, seasoned executive, and engineer with over 20 years of federal service. She serves as Executive Director of Federal Strategy for the ECS Group of Companies, ensuring coast-to-coast support to federal clients and contractors in geotechnical engineering, environmental engineering, and facilities and asset management—streamlining efforts across multiple subsidiaries.
Brianna is also the founder and CEO of Sonas LLC, a company dedicated to helping organizations boost productivity, reduce turnover, and build inclusive workplace cultures. A certified Professional Engineer (PE), Project Management Professional (PMP), and Defense Acquisition Professional, she brings deep expertise in strategic planning, project management, and organizational development.
As a military spouse and mother of four, she is passionate about resilience, diversity, and inclusion—values she champions both at work and at home.
Otis McGregor
Otis McGregor is a retired Green Beret Lieutenant Colonel with 25 years of service in the U.S. Army Special Forces. Drawing from his experiences leading high-stakes missions and building cohesive teams in challenging environments, Otis is dedicated to creating better leaders and high-performing teams.
As the founder of Tribe + Purpose, Otis helps organizations and individuals unlock their potential through leadership development and strategic coaching. With a background as a business executive, certified coach, and project management trainer, he has successfully guided teams in government contracting, business development, and program management.
An author, speaker, and podcast host, Otis combines his military expertise and business acumen to inspire others to achieve their goals. Based in Colorado, he enjoys life with his wife, Suzanne, and their three grown children.
Peter Peterson
Peter Peterson is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader with expertise in private equity, investment banking, and consulting. As the founder and Chairman of Aspen Capital Partners, LLC, he specializes in capital formation, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and start-ups.
Peter has co-founded and led ventures across energy, technology, and alternative fuels, including CleanFuel USA and Znergy, Inc. He has also served as a Board Member for NeoGenomics, helping guide its growth into a multibillion-dollar cancer genetics testing company.
With a background as Managing Director of Investment Banking at H.C. Wainwright & Co. and co-founder of ARM Financial Corporation, Peter has a proven track record of transforming businesses into industry leaders. A graduate of the University of Florida with a degree in Business, Peter continues to drive innovation and growth through strategic leadership and entrepreneurial vision.
