Matt Russell, the Chairman of the Board and visionary founder of ProCents, brings his extensive experience in energy savings and technology to the forefront. With a keen eye for identifying market gaps, Matt is wholeheartedly committed to addressing these needs. His unwavering passion for facilitating connections and fostering growth in buyer-seller relationships gave birth to ProCents.
Based in Cumming, GA, Matt is a distinguished professional holding two MBAs in International Business and Human Resources from the Keller Graduate School of Management, as well as a BA in Sales & Marketing from DeVry University.
Matt's credentials include being a Certified Energy Auditor (CEA), a Certified Lighting Consultant (CLC), and a Lighting Certified (LC).
Beyond his role at ProCents, Matt actively collaborates with various Electrical & Lighting organizations to shape the industry's future. He also dedicates his time to volunteer work at his local church. Matt's diverse interests encompass football, golf, sports car racing, and globe-trotting adventures.

Nate Long -- Brilled Lighting
Nate has spent the last 4 years learning from stakeholders in all aspects of the lighting industry, from manufacturing all the way through to the end user and everywhere in between. This has given him the advantage of decades of knowledge from many of the industries best, and understanding the needs and concerns of stakeholders on all ends of the equation gives him unique perspective on how to move the industry forward.
Flemming Jensen -- ESPEN Technologies
Flemming Jensen is the Sr, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Espen Technology. In this role he is responsible for all sales and Marketing activities at the company.
Currently, he is in the process of relocating to the company headquarters in Southern California where he will fulfill his responsibilities of driving all sales and marketing activities for ESPEN Technology.
Flemming has been in the Lighting industry for many years spending time working with, among others, Sylvania, Phillips, SLI Lighting and Havells USA.
The technology in lighting has changed tremendously over the last several years and the challenge to keep up is never ending. Fleming was born and grew up in Copenhagen, Denmark and he and his wife enjoy visiting family in the old country as often as is possible.
Molly Thompson -- Perrysburg Energy Solutions
Molly Reams Thompson
From the moment her feet hit the floor in the morning, Molly Thompson is constantly thinking about how to implement big ideas, challenge the status quo, and inspire others; her DNA consists of experiential entrepreneurship, strategy and curiosity.
Nearly three decades in marketing, sales, and strategy have enabled her to develop expertise in local food systems, customer discovery, and strategic development. Her approach includes providing intensive strategic guidance, access to valuable resources and thoughtful, collaborative communication. Her colorful background as an entrepreneur began on Super Bowl Sunday in January, 2000 when Molly and three girlfriends set out to define what it meant to live outrageously. The result was I Am Diva: Every Woman’s Guide to Outrageous Living (2003, AOL/Time Warner). They created and taught workshops used globally by thousands of women. Since then, Molly has been sharing her insights and expertise and boldly forging new paths as a co-founder, investor, multi-million dollar fundraiser, mentor to hundreds of entrepreneurs and dozens of startups, and board member to numerous companies/organizations.
These days, you can find Molly developing *bright* ideas at the helm of Perrysburg Energy, a full-service LED lighting, energy procurement and solar company she and her husband started in 2016. Perrysburg Energy is proud to have completed over 3.5 Million square feet of LED lighting upgrades - that’s more than 40,000 LED lights installed! - and provided more than $325,000 in rebates.
What’s the best startup Molly’s created? Avery and Jack, 20-year old twins, co-founded with her husband, Scott.
Bill Fricker -- LED Advisors
Bill Fricker is the President of LED Advisors where he designs and installs turnkey lighting projects for medium to large commercial customers. Prior to establishing LED Advisors, Bill was a Regional Director for Titan LED for a number of years. During that time he learned the LED Lighting industry from the inside out to educate himself on what constitutes a quality LED product. With that knowledge he established LED Advisors in January of 2016 and grew the company by representing quality LED Lighting manufacturers to his network of customers.
Bill has earned a BS degree in Business Marketing and Personnel Management from Wright State University. He also served as President for three companies throughout his career to season himself to grow any business from the ground up.
